Terms of Use

Article 3 (Clarification and revision of terms and conditions)

③ When a shopping mall revises its terms and conditions, it will post the effective date and reason for revision on the mall's home screen along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date.

④ If the shopping mall revises its terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will only apply to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the terms and conditions prior to the revision will still apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, “If the user does not express his/her consent to the changed terms within a reasonable period of time, the changed terms are deemed to apply.”Even if you have been notified of the intent of the revised terms and conditions but have not expressed whether or not you agree, or if it is impossible to provide such notification due to unavoidable circumstances, the revised terms and conditions will still apply.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

① The shopping mall performs the following tasks:

③ If the content of the service for which a contract has been concluded with the user is changed due to reasons such as the product being out of stock or changes in technical specifications, the shopping mall shall compensate the user for any damages incurred as a result. However, this shall not apply if there is no intent or negligence on the part of the shopping mall.

Article 5 (Service interruption)

① Shopping malls are responsible for maintenance and inspection of information and communication equipment such as computers.·In the event of replacement, breakdown, or communication interruption, the provision of services may be temporarily suspended.

② In the event of a service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, users will be notified in the manner prescribed in Article 8 of the Shopping Mall Terms of Use.

③ The shopping mall shall compensate for any damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons set forth in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply in cases where there is no intent or negligence on the part of the shopping mall.

Article 6 (join the membership)

① Users register as members by filling out membership information according to the registration form set by the shopping mall and expressing their agreement to these terms and conditions, and are automatically granted membership in the shopping mall, which is an affiliated site.

② The shopping mall may refuse to register you as a shopping mall member if any of the following applies.

If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions,         However, an exception may be made for those who have lost their membership qualifications according to Article 7, Paragraph 3, but have passed 3 years and have received approval for re-registration as a member of the shopping mall.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.)

① Members may request withdrawal from the shopping mall at any time, and the shopping mall will process the withdrawal immediately.

② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the shopping mall may restrict or suspend membership.

i. If you register false information when applying for membership

③ Restrict membership·After suspension, if the same act is repeated more than twice or the cause is not corrected within 30 days, membership may be revoked.

④ If a member loses membership qualifications at the shopping mall, the member registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to explain before the member registration is canceled.

Article 8 (Notice to members)

① When notifying members, we may do so via the e-mail address submitted by the member to the shopping mall.

② In case of notification to an unspecified number of members, individual notification may be replaced by posting on the notice board for one week or longer.

Article 9 (Purchase request)

Shopping mall users can apply for purchases using the following methods.

Article 10 (Establishment of a contract)

① We accept purchase applications under Article 9 unless they fall under any of the following items:

A. If there is any false information, omission, or error in the application

B. When a minor purchases goods or services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes or alcohol.

D. In cases where it is judged that approving other purchase requests would significantly hinder technical performance.

② The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the approval reaches the user in the form of a confirmation of receipt under Article 12, Paragraph 1.

Article 11 (Payment method)

Payment for goods or services purchased at a shopping mall can be made using one of the following methods.

Article 12 (Confirmation of receipt·Change or cancel purchase request)

① When a user requests a purchase, a receipt confirmation notice is sent to the user.

② Users who have received a receipt confirmation notice may request a change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the notice if there is a discrepancy in the expression of intent.

③ If a user requests to change or cancel a purchase order prior to delivery, the request will be processed without delay.

Article 13 (delivery)

For goods purchased by users, the delivery method, the party responsible for delivery costs by method, and the delivery period by method are specified.

Article 14 (Refunds, Returns and Exchanges)

① If the goods or services requested for purchase by a user cannot be delivered or the service cannot be provided due to reasons such as the goods or services being out of stock, the reason shall be notified to the user without delay, and if the payment for the goods or services has been received in advance, the contract shall be cancelled and a refund procedure shall be initiated within 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment, or otherwise within 3 business days from the date of occurrence of the reason.

② In the following cases, even if the goods have been delivered, we will immediately refund, return, and exchange the goods upon the user's request within the next business day after the goods are returned. However, the request period shall be within 20 days from the date of delivery.

B. If the delivered goods are broken, damaged or contaminated

In the case where a user's subscription is made without indicating the information that must be indicated in the advertisement pursuant to Article 18 of the Door-to-Door Sales Act, etc.

However, if the content of the goods, etc. is different from what was indicated, advertised, or contracted, you may cancel your subscription within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods, or within 30 days from the date you learned or could have learned of the fact.

Article 15 (Privacy Policy)

Article 16 (Obligations of the shopping mall)

Article 20 (Copyright attribution and usage restrictions)

①  The copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the shopping mall belong to the shopping mall.

②  Users may not use the information obtained through the use of the shopping mall for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use such information through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting or any other means without prior consent.

Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)

①  Establish a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for the damages.·It operates.

②  Complaints and opinions submitted by users will be handled with priority. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and handling schedule.

③ Disputes between users may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 28 of the Electronic Commerce Basic Act and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree thereof.

Article 22 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

①  Any lawsuit regarding disputes arising between users regarding e-commerce transactions shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

②  Korean law applies to e-commerce disputes between users.
